Bonnet vents
#1
94 turbo, still has the metal blanking plates underneath the vents.
Have got an HKS megaflow induction kit fitted.
Is it possible to swap the left vent for the right & fit them so that they draw air into the bonnet??
Im thinking if I do this & remove the blanking plate for the HKS, it will get some nice cool air.
I think it would be best to leave the blanking plate on the battery side to stop water getting in, but dont think it will matter for the air filter.
Any thoughts???
What have you done????
Rog.

You can't swap them around
however, you can simply remove one or both of the blanking plates, or you could do something like this:
and fit some vent scoops.
I'm not running any blanking plates under mine, and I too have a HKS induction kit. does seem to give it a bit more air.
