2007 wrx maltese import spark plug change

2007 wrx maltese import spark plug change
Just wondering are the malta imports different to a UK spec wrx same year.
Having read reports on spark plug changes I thought would give it a go. Anyway cut long story short on the battery side of the engine bay I kept seeing remove washer bottle and battery to aid space. However, there was no washer bottle there only something to do with ABS?? and the fuse box.
I removed the battery and did it with the space that gave but it did make the job fiddly. I didnt fancy removing the fuse box and that ABS??( doughnut type thing. )
Does anyone know what this is??
Is there anywhere about where you can get a schematic of parts in the engine bay for the 2007 WRX as knowing what im removing would make it very much easier to decide.
