Right tonight i opened my glovebox and my defi control box wasnt illuminated like it normally is i.e buttons lit up white. ive got my headlights on anyone know what it could be it lights up when i start the car but after start up sequence is over the lights turn back off again.

Another question how do i sit in the car without the engine running without the box beeping ive heared you need to record something then press play and pause cant find pause button though
