Default Problem with HID's

Hi Chaps,

I have acquired a set of Philips Xenon HID's, they are the Bi Xenon ones (H4) for the classic, trouble is when I plug them in, the dipped beam is the only light powering up.

If I put the full beam on the dipped beam is going out, and I have no lights!

Please help it's getting dark!

Thanks.

I'd check the wiring loom and all the connectors.... especially the one that goes from your existing headlight into the new kit.... ballasts and bulbs are obviously working so it can only be a wiring issue.....

Might need a relay or it's a faulty bulb you have.

Thanks mate, I have it sorted now. It turned out to be a short in the actual H4 connector to the car
