Best to set it up to how your car's turbo and actuator behave.
It's easy to set the boost target and an approximate duty cycle, turn on the learn gear for a specific gear, make a few pulls from low down in the rev range up to the redline, then, once the controller has learnt the appropriate duty cycles to run, and the boost is stable turn the learn gear off, and set start duty compensations for each gear, so that you hit the desired target. - There's a bit more to it than that to get it perfect, but it should be enough to get you going in the right direction.
Best to set it up with a wideband and det-cans, to be sure it's safe.
