ej20 closed deck help info

hi don't know what to look for but was told my engine is a closed deck under the alternator it says 06 bb 23333 on one side and the other side it says bb 06 can any1 clarify this please

look on the engine where the oil filter screws on ,,,there should be crosshatching on the engine,,,think thats one way ,

i think CDB were all early engines (93/94)
