Is this marking on the right side of the alloy the JJ contour marking?

You meant the little JWL mark at about 2 o'clock on the wheel above?
No, that's not a reference to the bead shape. That's the type approval mark that must be on all alloy wheels used in Japan. Hence why you invariably see it on wheels fitted on cars made in Japan - and why it must be on any wheel that is sold into the Japanese market.
