Default Lost turn signals and hazards!

HELP!!

I came out of work this evening and my turn signals and hazards have packed up.

I've been out with my torch this evening and can confirm the turn signal fuse and hazard fuse are both fine, nothing has become disconnected (so far as I can see).

Where is the relay located and what else could it poss be?

(MY96 UK Turbo 2000 BTW).

There are some relays under the drivers side dash, right up and fitted to the drivers wing side. Akward to get to.

Bugger, I was worried someone would say that! Oh well, that's not going to happen tomorrow lunchtime!
