you would prob find the turbo doesnt spool as well as the gasses will be leaking out. where it blows from, does it blow into anything that could get damanged, wiring loom etc?

It will cause loss of power the worse it gets your probably best getting a new (decent) replacement manifold, buying cheap normally means bad quality and those ones have a nasty tendency to split

you wont damage anything other then the headers youv already damaged.. the crack will just get bigger over time and your car will feel laggy. so yes you can drive it for a little while till you get it sorted but dont leave it too long as when it cracks big time it will become really loud and not in a good way.
