Default bailey vta dump valve on a classic wrx

Ok i just bought a bailey vta dump valve how easy is it to fit on a classic wrx and what roblems might i have with it

baileys dont hold boost very well and leak and you might have idle problems

forge and baileys are both ****e, they get scored to death on the inside and then stick open. spend the extra cash and get a decent one.

I'd have to agree with Sean95wrx. Blitz, HKS, Turbosmart and Apexi are the best to go for from what I've heard.
I have a Blitz VTA DV on my96 WRX which has been on there for over a year with no problems or issues after fitting whatsoever.

Leaving aside the criticisms that you've already heard the main roblem is that it's a vent to atmosphere dumpvalve. Assuming you're on standard Subaru engine management, your car will run better on the standard recirculating valve.

Spend the money on something that'll make the car better.
