On my 02 sti i had a thin plate placed behind the stock dump valve bolted to the intercooler to act as a blank and run no dump valve at all (although the d/v was still fitted), this has been fine but being a top mount the surge has been quite harsh at times so i had an idea!! i have put a 10mm hole in the plate so it now has a small amout of recirc but keeps impoved throttle responce & some flutter it seems to be working well any veiws/similar setups?????
