Default hid kit problem help

hey folks just installed bobs hid kit for my 03 blobeye

now ive only got 1 problem when i go low beam i get full beam and when i go full beam i get full and low any help

Surely just two wires in the wrong positions!? But being as i have no idea or experience about this i was just going for the obvious answer with no additional help to which wires! Sorry for wasting your time lol.

its plug and play but swapping the cables round has done nothing

Will just be a simple swap of the wires, you will have wired your dipped feed to the main beam bulbs and main beam feed to the dipped beam bulbs.

To illustrate how simple things are the pic below shows that all you need to do is connect the wires at the bottom left of the pic to the OEM headlamp plug and the HID bulb will light up:
