Help with ABS Removal
Hi All,
Ive asked this question a couple of times now, and not had an answer, and im kinda desperate now as i have my BIAS kit sitting here waiting.
Now I dont have the car local to me, Its kept at my lasses house so cant go down till the weekend to work on it.
I need to know what size the nuts are connecting the brake lines to the ABS modual. I'm going to be removing the ABS, and doing pretty much exactly the same as what this guy has done:
22B Bulletin Board: Removing ABS system
I just received my Wilwood Brake Bias kit today, and it comes with 3/8 x 24 fittings, so will need to get two 3/8 x 24 male fittings to go into the BIAS valve and out of the Bias valve.
I however, need two t-peice fittings to connect the two rear and two front lines together, and need to know what size the connectors are on the end of the pipes (are they M10? or metric?)
Also will using some of the standard brake line pipe fit into a 3/8 x 24 fitting with a flare on the end?
I would like to know asap so I can order the bits in and hopefully get them for fitting this weekend.
Cheers
James
