Default A Slight Problem

Hey folks been having a slight problem with my 2003 STI. When its cold the car wont turn over first time and 9 / 10 times turns over second time. Could this be a coil pack issue. I used to get a right smell of fuel but now that it has been remapped its okay just wont turn over.

when it does turn over it sits @ 1500 revs and i have to give it a little rev to drop it below the fully tick over

anyone help

cheers

steve

Mine takes a while to fire in the cold. I think it just takes a while to get a good spark. The reason for the car idling at 1500 is beacuse the choke is on, by bliping the throttle you're knocking the choke off.
