having rebuilt a 98 ,4 door im finding that if i put the blower on in the car ,then get out , when i put my hand on the door handle theres a bloody wind coming through the handles, all 4 of them ,,i cant understand how the heater blower is even getting in there,,,,,

is this normal

or have i got heated door handles
