Default rear brake conversion

I have some rear oem callipers from a 2007 wrx and some 295mm discs which i tried to fit to my classic v2 sti.. the callipers didnt fit because the holes the calliper bolts to on the back plates are closer together on the new calliper than the old one, and the back plates are too small for the bigger discs... is there a way to solve this other than changing the backplates?

give godspeed a shout, your rear discs should be 290mm anyway, plus its easier just to upgrade your front brakes as this is where most of the brake bias is.

You can buy a bracket that lets you upgrade from 1 pot to 2 pot. I think it is about £45. As tony said give Ian a call he will prob have these brackets.

Yes can offer you these kits for £50 delivered , the 2005 WRX rear discs and calipers will then fit straight on
Cheers Ian
