Default What is this part??

Hi guys,

What is this thing & where is it meant to be mounted? As you can see, mine seems to be mounted via a zip tie!

Thanks in advance

its part of the abs system and in the event of emergency braking and abs activation it measures the rate of deceleration and detects if the car is unstable so that the abs can take over and apply the brakes in the necessary wheel position(s) in order to keep the car in a controllable state during avaisive actions. As for its location it should be bolted to the chassis that runs to the front of the car under the brake servo about 4-5 inches away from the cars bulkhead next to where the o/s strut housing meets the chassis, its also where all the brake pipes run from the abs pump there should be two bolt holes for it. it needs to be bolted label side up with the arrow facing the front of the veh and the plug on the turbo side
