well it made the window sticky so im guessing it was coolant almost def from the matrix, why would it stop tho??? thinkin it either leaked past a hose then the matrix expanded stopping it, or its already had a form of radweld in it at some point an its filled the hole? agreed? i'll have a proper look around, dash off is crap lol...

Radweld wont stop your heater matrix leaking as its only a temp measure, its knackered by the sounds and will need replacing (probably why the previous owner wanted rid )

It could be a very small leak that only comes through when the car has been turned off, your best pricing a decent replacement matrix up, its not an easy job as its a dash out issue
