Default Classic Lambda sensor part number

This maybe a shot in the dark but hey maybe someone will know??
I've been trying like mad to find the part number for a lambda sensor that goes on the exhaust manifold but have come up with nothing yet!!!!

It's for my 96 Nreg Impreza sti wagon jap import...

Any offers guys????

i have one but its from a 99 just use a universal bosch and change the pins

It won't work i'm afraid.... The early o2 sensors on the scoobs work on 5v, where as the norm is 1v.
