Default cam and crank pully removal

Hi I need to remove these off my 2.5 to sell but normally would stick it in gear and foot on the brake to undo but can't do this due to engine not in the car. Anybody got any tips on how to remove them please

If the flywheel is still fitted you could jam that whist you undid the pulley bolts.

get somthing with a large flat head and place it between the fly wheel and one of the lugs at the top of the housing, might need qite a bit of force to remove the crank bolt as they tend to be tight!
