QUICK SHIFTER

Looking to fit a quick shift to my 1993 wrx.Is this good for my gearbox or bad thing for the gearbox?

ive had one on my my93wrx for a while now and its brilliant! in theory it wouldnt make any difference to the gearbox aslong as u clutch properly and dont jam and gring it into gear!

hi mate i had the one fited in your picture but found it made the gearbox very notchy so i removed it
