im looking at buying one of the 8 pot brake kits available just now probably the k-sport 330mm kit

however i only have 16" wheels on my classic and im pretty sure they wont fit,

so need wheels also

i like these

but obv i need to make sure they will be compatible with the brakes

Says in the ad they will fit STi 00-02 so they must clear gold brembos. If they clear those they will clear just about anything. You could check with K Sport that their caliper is smaller than the brembos (which I'm sure they will be).
