Default turbo blow

hi guys, just a quikie,i may be paranoid but im thinking i may have a exhaust leak in the vicinity of the turbo/downpipe as i can hear what seems like a blowing/puffing noise.only quietly.i may be just imagining it as the running seems unaffected.im planning a up/down pipe change next spring and as the job can be an **** i was wondering wether i can do the gasket at the same time.would a leak affect the running.

A leak could affect the running yes< but would be heard pretty easily if it was blowing at turbo> Yep the down pipe has to be removed to do the up-pipe so change all gaskets at the same time.
