Hi Guys,
I think i've made a technical error.Bought a zero/sports twin scroll down pipe of ebay. Ive not recived it yet, the description said for classic shape impreza.
But will this fit the TD04 turbo thats on the car? Any help/ advice would be appreciated.

Definately not. The flange is a different shape.

 

Twin scroll turbo engines are in the JDM STI's from 2003 onwards, if its their mistake then they can rectify it for you

Would it be worth trying to find some way of making it fit or just stick it back on ebay?
only bought it cause it as cat on too.

 

Well you can replace the sump and a few other bits if you wanted to but apart from that, no, the twin scroll engine is pretty different from the single scroll unit, sumps are different to start with (hence different pipe) but if they advertise them incorrectly then they should replace it or give you your money back

Just had a quick look at advert and they say will not fit all engines. so seems my fault got auction fever and did not read description correctly.
I'll just stick it back on ebay when it arrives. Should get back what i payed.
