Default Clutch Slip

Hi there people, MY96 STI import approx 300 bhp, had a new exceedy organic clutch 2 years ago now done 24,000 miles on it and its started slipping, havent done any track days but i do give it some stick, is it possible its shagged already ? are there any shaft oil seals that could be leaking into the bell housing contaminating the clutch ? any ideas or knowledge of how long they should last would be most welcome .

Thanks

Got the car back , almost broke me neck when i pulled away , what a difference, feels solid and positive, no juddering through the driveline, acceleration feels stronger, worth every penny, exedy clutch was probably never up to the job in the first place.
