Should come out easy might even just push if you un clip the arch liner - know how it feels got to my car yesterday to find the corner of the bumper scuffed down to the plastic

warm it up with a hairdryer first but I agree it should pop out with no damage if u take ur time and spread the weight when you push it out.

I had exactly the same dent on my wing, bloody cyclist hit me! I paid a local dent man to do mine. It cost £70 but he did do several minor marks on the wing as well. He did the one like yours through the small hole behind the side light. I know it costs but the finish was perfect. If you do it yourself take your time and press gently.

thanks a million guys i popped back with some gentle heating from behind with a heat gun will post pics later, its 100% but at least 90
