from what i can see, there basicly the same, but the plug is very slightly different.

not really much of a prob, theres a clip underneath the injector connection goes, on the other jap cars. there an exstra 2 bits of plastic.
thepoint of get other car makes, there alot cheaper.

i nearly bidded on 6 from a skyline. only wanted just over a ton too
but wanted to make sure first.

but the resistence seems to be the same. the plugs are nearly the same.
you can even get these plugsa new of the net cheap, pry the wire out (small scew driver ect) as they still have the same oval plug. just the 2 exstra bits of plastic.

i still want to make 100% sure before i go ahead with it

Scoob injectors are high impedance. Doesn't mean that low impedance injectors can't be used, just that an additional circuit is required.

nice one mate, becouse skyline ones are too
but there red ones are standard and are 550/555cc

and can be picked up cheaper than scoob ones
the plugs are almost the same to, been told low resistence can be used, but something to do with the ecu would need doing.

it would be good to speek to some one that was tried this???
got some pics with both, scoobs & the ones skylines use

i'll put them up later
on a note, just bidded & won a set of 550cc injectors thats just been flow checked, the sheet will come with them too

but i'm still going to chase this one up

In the ECU both the injector flow scaling and the injector latency may need to be adjusted so that the injector pulse width is correct among other things.

I'm looking at buying some UR 785cc injectors, however just now I can't be bothered to remap the ECU yet again just for these...

ye, know what you mean mate.
this is why i've desided to do every thing together

changing to sti v4 heads, already have v4 pistons installed.
got a dt05 on there with 440cc phase 2 injectors
had lag issues, turned out to be a combination of sti piston & uk heads !!!
got some more goodies going on the car (4 paddle clutch/fuel reg/the heads ect)
throught if i put higher flow injectors, wont max the 440cc one up. only wont 330/340bhp anyways, but strong & safe with it. thus the sti set up

spent the whole weekend looking into injectors & as much info as posable
hope it was all worth in the end
