Default Flickering

Just started today the engine check light keeps flickering on and off when I pull off from stationery or evern when I boot it. It just flickers but does not stay on. Is the engine gonna blow up

Impossible to answer that blow up question without at least having some idea what's causing the CEL to illuminate. Suggest you refrain from "booting" it until you've identified and fixed the problem in order to mitigate any risks.

In the meantime, if you have a classic shape car, look up the procedure for reading the error codes off the ECU (search for "black plugs"). If you have a newage or hatchback you'll need an OBD2 fault reader, select monitor emulator, or to take your car to a Subaru dealer.

Once you know why the light is being triggered then you know what to look at.
