How much power?
Hi
Just trying to find out a rough idea of how much bhp I might have as there are no rolling roads round here. Its a 2004 sti no ppp but vortex afterburner and a cold air induction kit which i think is K&N, pipe must be full system coz it sounds double fruity. It feels faster than my pals 2001 with ppp. Any one care to take a guess at the bhp, i´m thinking maybe 300 ish.
Cheers

What do you mean by a full system? ie decat all the way through?
And did you buy private or from a dealer?
No other real way of telling what BHP it has, but its a bigger turbo so feels stronger in the midrange.

Oh, right if its fully decatted you need to be a little worried (if its not been remapped). Does the car have any boost gauge fitted or the likes? as new age sti's boost spike when decatted fully
and it normally leads to terminal engine failure (which isnt good
) though on the good side, if you still have the chaps number, give him a ring
the car may have been remapped which will be a benefit to you
Your only other option is a rolling road (and a remap possably)
