EUDM vs USDM ecu difference?

can anyone verify if the euro ecu is compatible with the USdm ?

Newage WRX/STi USDM ECU's will run UK newage cars. I've flashed WRX and STi newage ECU's with USDM roms and they work fine but it's always better to run a UK ECU/rom because USDM ECU's/roms need a full remap to work with UK 99RON fuel.
