Help please

Hi could someone please decode my chassis number for me as i cant make head or tail of it?

Should be a v4 wrx import as it has later dash but not sure wot bhp it is?

is that taken from the VIN plate on the nearside suyspension turret?

should start GC8xxxxxxx
