mates wrx has thrown up a fault code (22), have done the ecu reset as shown on JGM site but it doesnt get rid of the code, it keeps flashing up fault 22, have reset my ecu a couple of times and never had this problem, any ideas? cheers mark

 

If you reset the ECU and the DTC immediately comes back, the obvious conclusion to draw is that the fault that caused the CEL to light in the first place is still occurring. In this case, sounds like the knock sensor is knackered (or disconnected).
