Default High idle on startup from cold.

Hey folks, recentley the car (sti v3) has been idling high on cold start ups, about 1.5k rpm, am i correct in saying that its either the MAF and/or ICV?? If so which i do suspect it is, just for confirmation where is the MAF and ICV and is carb cleaner the correct stuff to use to clean them up???

Cheers dudes

just part of scooby ownership i think!! mine idles about 1200rpms when warming up, the gear shift is a little reluctant until the oils circulated, an the brakes need a little heat in them to work best......... I call it character the wife calls it noisey, bumpy and impractical. Can always get another wife.
