How hard is it to switch to a dccd gearbox?

Default How hard is it to switch to a dccd gearbox?

i have a 95 sti ver2 and didnt have the dccd as standard but now have a friend that has a 555 dccd gearbox and diff that he is willin to sell onto me. so i was wondering before i take it on has anyone done it before? how much work is involved? and how will the controller wire up etc? thanks alan

Mechanically it's a straight swap, you need to have a methosd of controlling the diff though, easiest way is to fit an after market controller, I have one if you want to Pm me for info?
