Default Alloy wishbones

I have a my99 uk classic that is only used on track,i was given some alloy wishbones by a friend. Now the lower bolt is much smaller on my wishbones than the alloy ones. Can i just get the bolt that fits the alloy wishbone and it will fit my uk hubs.
The bolt is the wedge shapped one on the lower of the hubs.

Hope this makes sence lol.

Also i was told it may not be a good idea as the alloy ones may snap instead of bending like the steel ones,The car is a race car and does have some little rubbing scares on her.

Cheers Paul

AHHHHHHHH that could be it then the alloy wisbones just had a larger v shaped hole than the bolt in my uk hubs,So there should be a steel insert in there so the same bolt will do both.

Now where am i gona find 2 of them

Hi Paul,

If you sorce these from a dealer then quote part number 20216FA000

You would need one of these per side.

dealers should have them, breakers who "know" what they are breaking will sell them complete.

^^^ditto^^^

If the dealer doesn't keep them in stock then they can order them for you.

A breaker would have to know exactly what you are talking about, so your description of the part would have to be spot on!

If you go the dealer route then it is going to cost you about 21 quid a piece where as a breakers will charge you a fraction of the price.

You could try contacting "Grade A Subaru" as they have a good selection of second hand parts for subaru's
