Engine swapped twice over the last 6 weeks, ended up with the original engine back in, dont ask you aint got all day, anyhows the engine is in runs ok found this

and thought oh F£$K I have forgot to plug something in. What plug is this for? the subaru wiring diagram lists it as a pressure sensor its a three pin grey square plug yu can see it in the middle of pic but everything around the solenoid area is plugged in, there is nothing I can see around the engine that side that I have missed and the CEL is intermittent on/off, I have driven the car and I do get turbo shutoff at about 4500rpm so something is wrong, there are no splits in any of the vac hoses and all loook to be plumbed in correctly, I swapped the decat exhaust back to a cat exhaust for mot would this cause the CEL?
To be honest I am stuck although pretty quick at engine swaps is clear I have made a mistake but cant really afford to see a specialist (although the men in white coats are hiding around the corner!)
thanks
