Wouldn't have thought you'd see any performance increase, in fact you could loose spool. The pp chip is only a mild tune, not really designed for a fmic.

i just fitted a pp chip and when i spoke to scott t i asked him the same question he said :

Hi,
I can provide a chip for the 7K ECU. this ecu already has the socket fitted for the chip so very easy to fit.
the 7K is mapped to just under 1bar boost, my chip will be mapped to 1.15bar with changes to fuel, ignition and boost control.
The STi 2 RA normally see close to 300BHP with this upgrade if combined with decat etc...

i have suppled to other who have later retrofitted a FMIC with no ill effects.
