classic fan over run, how to??

For one thing, you would probably need a fairly big battery. Fans place quite a big drain on the battery.
Secondly there is no benefit from having the fan on when the engine is off. The coolant won't be circulating so all you will cool will be what is in the radiator and not what's in the engine as I imagine you want.
The airflow flowing over the engine also won't do much as anyone who has ever run out of coolant can attest to.
So might be something cool to do but won't get you much benefit.
