WASTEGATE PROBLEM

I stripped the downpipe from the back of the turbo an found the circular part of the wastegate to be very slack, can this be replaced without taking the turbo out ?

When you say slack, can you move it with the actuator connected to it? Maybe your actuator needs adjusting?

i think its when it is open it is rattling , it is very slack

Mine was the same over a year ago and still the same now, if it doesnt rattle when the wastegate is closed I dont think you will have a problem.

It rattles when im over 0.9 bar of boost, no other time
