Can I move my k&n 57i to the inner wing without it affecting my map?

shouldnt see why not as car has been mapped with car ....
all your doing is making the pipe longer..
not adding or taking things away..

I thought that mate, just wasnt too sure.
It just means the air intake should be colder but I do have an air intake sensor.
I just dont want to do anything that could f*ck it up.

IMHO i think it WILL effect the map as you will be drawing in colder/denser air.

Best thing to do would be to contact JGM
