What did you gap the plugs to mate?
I used Denso Platinum plugs, gapped to 0.65 and had no issues at all.

If it's not the plugs, check your coil packs aren't cracked or damaged.
If the misfire has gotten worse since you changed them, might well be incorrectly gapped or a problem with the coilpacks.

Check the coil packs as mentioned and also the bosch plugs are best used as paper weights.. really not good in subaru engine.

get some NGK PFR6B in with gap at 0.6mm

You've got, well should have, 4 coil packs mate. One one each plug, you need to carefully check for cracks under the rubber gaiter thing at the tip of each coil pack.

I've known them to fall to bits when removing the gaiter, hence the need to exercise caution.

You don't mention any mods, decat etc, if so I'd suggest NGK PFR7-B plugs.
