Default my engine won't start please help

i am doing a 2006 sti engine convertion on my 2001 wrx. we fitted the engine and changed complete wiring loom of the car from headlights to tail lights. i got everything from the same car engine,ecu, wiring loom, steering column, the ignition key. the engine turns over but won't start. there is fuel in the car, the fuel pump is working, petrol comes to the engine, there is no spark on the plugs though. we did a fault diagnose and it says "immobilizer" and gives us fault codes;

589829
655454
475174

inside the cocpit i have 3 plugs not connected on the wiring loom one goes in to the "keyless entry control unit" which for some reason i didn't get when i bought the loom . and the other two are a pair, a blue and a grey plug. behind the steering column. does any one have any idea what i should do?
thanx
