Where do you start??
What do you call high speed??
Wheel balance
Wheel alignment
Shagged tyre[s]
Warped disc[s]
Worn bush[s]
Track rod [ends]
The list is nearly endless, your mate needs to have it investigated its really not some thing you can diagnose on the net.

But to the OP, as b13 said, not the thing you can diagnose on the net, either a good garage or a wheel/tyre place who may pick something up, though I would go to the garage first.

first things first - does it have four wheels? sometimes they wobble about a little when only running on 3/2/1 wheels (i;ve noticed).
mine shook like that when i first got it. it was juddering at about 65mph and just got worse the faster you went. i took it to my garage, they charged 50 quid to completly sort out alignment/geometry. after that it ran smooooooth right up to large mph's. see if the tyres are wearing worse on one side than the other, and that the little weight on the wheel is there somewhere.

i used to get vibration through the whole car at about 85 - 90 , after getting the wheels re-balanced twice, i eventually got someone else to drive the car while i clambered about trying to identify the cause, it turned out it was the tailgate on my wagon ( big spoilers ) , a couple of bits of rubber bonnet seal fixed into place sorted it out , but as said above could be any one of a number of things ....
