Default STI ENGINE REBUILD

Hi guys,
Just borught a 1998 sti but has a nock coming from the bottom end, im looking to sort this but wat parts will i need, i will be doin all the work my self, any tips would be great?

im looking to do the work my self, i just rebuilt my 99uk turbo after very bad det damage. just would like some tips lol

I've never attempted something like that on my Subaru before. Fitted brakes, wheels, exhausts, amp, little extras etc etc but when my big end went I had a full re-build with goodies from API which is why I recommended them. I'm sure if you PM'd David on here (APIDavid) he might be willing to help in some way...parts?...suggestion?.
Otherwise there are people on here that have done this sort of thing before you just have to get there attention somehow. I know a guy here in Wales called Dylan who has done an EJ20 engine rebuild but I haven't seen him on here for abit. Eitherway goodluck

Its not as hard as some people think, as long as you do your research correctly and be very patient! i plan on building my own 2.5 soon
