95 WRX Water Pump
hi all think my water pumps gone i,ve changed water pumps on other cars but was wondering how easy it is to do on a 1995 WRX any tips would be much appreciated.

Zen replaced my pump and, from memory, they took off the rad to gain better access. I think the pump is driven by the cambelt so the timing chest covers and cambelt have to come off.
Whilst you're in there it's prob worthwhile replacing the thermostat, as it bolts to the front of the pump itself.
Be prepared to swear your head off when you refit the pump - it's a bitch to try to hold in place before you can get the first bolt located!
An inspection pit may help in refitting it....

me n my m8 just changed the water pump, thermostat, t,belt and radiator on my 94wrx
ba***rd of a job!
a lot easier with the radiator out, still a c*nt tho
