My 03 sti which has a prodrive pack installed holds back slightly by chugging at low down revs.

Can anyone tell me if this is a common fault or would anyone know what the problem is?

Would it be because it has been tuned?

The computer does not register a fault.
I have also replaced the airflow meter.
Does the prodrive pack include a fuel pump upgrade?
