Default Timing Belt Change

Hi All, The timing belt on our Forester is due for a change and if I can I want to do it myself. Has anyone else done this at home and do I need any special tools to undo the crankshaft pulley, tensioners or to lock the camshafts in position.

Any help or tips to do this job are welcome. All the best, Jeff

Not something id attempt myself, just had mine done yesterday. Cost me £250 but work is guaranteed and I get a proper bill to prove the work has been done...
