fitting a speedo converter to my 95 wrx import but i cant get it to spin at all... ive removed my clocks and the orginal speedo cable spins but when i connect the speedo converter i get nothing....

im assuming the speedo etc where working correctly before i had it has seller doesnt at all seem they type so im assuming it me doing somethin wrong...

any ideas
