Had an engine management light come on yesterday, had it read and been told its the air/fuel ratio sensor also known as the Lambda sensor apparently.

Well Subaru want nearly £400!! for this which i am not paying, i have managed to find the part for £110 and can get it fitted for about £60.

Does anyone know of anywhere even cheaper to buy this part and any clue as to how to do this myself, is it DIY'able? I am always quite interested in learning about my car as well as saving money but cant seem to find too much about how i would go about changing it and where it is actually located
