hi, my dad has had his uk impreza written off but the engine is fine. We have found a few cars that just need a new engine. The cars we have found are imports. Been told wiring looms are the same just different colouring wires. With the import cars we would also have to use the uk ECU but is it a case of a straight ECU swap?
